We currently ship to customers within the United Kingdom.

Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During high-demand periods (such as promotions or holidays), processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping origin (UK & international)
Depending on stock availability and the best shipping route for your order, items may ship either from within the UK (domestic fulfilment) or from international fulfilment locations. This helps us keep products available and deliver orders efficiently.

Delivery times
Estimated delivery time is typically 5–10 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as carrier delays, customs processing (when applicable), weather conditions, or peak-season volume.

Shipping options & costs
We offer FREE shipping on eligible orders. At checkout, you may also see upgraded shipping options (such as faster or tracked delivery) available for an additional fee. Available options and costs will always be shown clearly at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order tracking
If tracking is included with your selected shipping option (or available for your order), you will receive a tracking link via email once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.

Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may be able to reship it, but additional shipping charges may apply. If you notice an error in your address, contact us as soon as possible at admin@veytone.com.

Delays & carrier issues
Once an order has been dispatched, it is in the carrier’s possession. While we do our best to help, shipping delays caused by the carrier are outside our direct control. If your order appears delayed beyond the expected timeframe, contact us at admin@veytone.com and we’ll assist you.

Lost or missing shipments
If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period or your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at admin@veytone.com within a reasonable time so we can investigate with the carrier and help resolve the issue.

Damaged items
If your order arrives damaged, please email admin@veytone.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and the item(s). We will review the case and work with you on an appropriate solution.

Changes & cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact admin@veytone.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or dispatched.
